Greg Pfiffner, DC, Chiropractor and Owner, graduated with honors from Palmer University West in 1993 and has practiced in the Snoqualmie Valley since 1999. Dr. Greg specializes in soft tissue injuries, including automobile injuries, work injuries, and sports related injuries. Dr. Greg’s personalized care mirrors his philosophy that all patients come with unique and different conditions. He tailors care to patients’ specific needs. Dr. Greg’s gentle approach, holistic viewpoint, and extensive referral network have been the cornerstone of Alpine Chiropractic’s success in the Valley over the years.


Dr. Harper completed his chiropractic education at Palmer College of Chiropractic West in 1999. After graduation he spent three years practicing in the San Francisco bay area. While being the senior associate doctor in the busy clinic, his knowledge in the areas of sports, work and automobile injuries expanded exponentially. His next move in his adventurous life was back to the Pacific Northwest. A year was spent as an independent chiropractic contractor before starting practice in issaquah in 2004. He is a welcomed new addition to the Alpine Chiropractic family and will be here to serve patients every Tuesday and Thursday.

Hunter has been with the Alpine since February 2016. Hunter graduated from the Cortiva Institute. He has worked in a variety of clinical and therapeutic environments. He specializes in rehabilitation massage, with a focus on relaxation.  Hunter utilizes techniques from an assortment of fields, including hydrotherapy and sports-based massage.  His priority for your treatment is for a quick turnaround back to great health!


Frankie Orr, LMP

Certified Health Fitness Specialist

Frankie has been a Licensed Medical Professional since 2007. Earned A.S. as Physical Therapist Assistant in 2003 and Massage Practitioner (treatment massage program) in 2007 from Whatcom Community College. He became certified as a Health and Fitness Specialist (formally Health and Fitness Instructor) through the American College of Sports Medicine in 2006. He worked in out patient physical therapy for 5 years with emphasis in manual therapy and exercise program design and prescription. Frankie works with patients and athletes of all ages and skill levels. He has a solid knowledge of body mechanics and exercise development to maximize safe functional application of abilities and works to develop an individual’s awareness, knowledge and control of their own body in both anatomical and functional capacities to minimize future injury, dysfunction or development of pathological diseases associated with inactivity.

Office Manager

Deslie is the Office Manager and is available Monday through Friday 9 am until 1pm.  


Kiley Pfiffner


The smiling face that greets you Friday afternoons and Saturday mornings belongs to Kiley Pfiffner, Dr. Greg’s youngest daughter. Kiley has been with Alpine Chiropractic Center since 2011. She enjoys interacting with each and every patient who walks through the door and is especially good at making them feel comfortable when they arrive for their appointment. Outside of the office, Kiley loves outdoor activities. She is continuing her education at Bellevue College in a health related field.
